lynnie's world
Well out with the old and in with the new!!!! Thank goodness that we only have 1 day left of 2006. This has been one of the worst years ever!!! I know so many people who also think this way. In the year 2006 I have lost family and friends. I miss my dad so much!!! Sometimes it seems as if it was only yesterday that we lost him. We have also lost Michaels uncle, some friends at the nursing home and we also lost one of my dogs(sparky) and dads dog. This year we are also going thru alot with mom, as you know she is fighting breast cancer. This has been a very hard battle for her. As of lately she has been very discoraged and she has been so ill lately that they did not give her the chemo treatment she was supposed to get last tuesday lets hope that she will be able to tolarate a treatment this week. Please keep her in your prayers.
Now for the good stuff. I have realized what great friends I have!!! They have all stood by me when I have needed them the most and I am so thankful for them. I love my job where I get to work and hang out with some great people. I have all so realized what a great family I have, during this time they have been so good about me not being home very much they have been very understanding about the time that I have to be with mom. I love my new scrapbooking room and all my toys that are in there. I LOVE SCRAPPING!!! Cooper still makes me smile everytime I look at him. Mom has a new dog that Cheryl and I went to pickout and bring him home to her. A little scotty dog and his name ofcourse is Scotty. Go figure. Hopefully 2007 will bring much happier times for all of us. Tomorrow I will do my New Years Resolutions.

Hey, resolutions never work! Just be happy, even when you don't feel like it. A smile will always get you through the hardest times. I promise!
Happy New Year, Lynnie! I leave you with my favorite toast: Here's to those that wish us well. All the rest can go to hell!!!!!
Wishing you a much happier and healthier 2007. My prayers for your Mom - I know first hand how difficult it is to deal with a loved one who is ill.
